This is my third day using Mandrake 10, and I'm thrilled with it. This is the best Linux distro I've ever used.

Well it has been quite an adventure trying to migrate from my old Linux distro, Red Hat 9. I've unsuccessfully tried to install Slackware, Free BSD, and Gentoo with mixed results. These distros were for the most part incompatible with the hardware on my old Dell Optiplex GX1. Gentoo was too difficult for me to figure out without a lot of hand holding, I finally gave up.
However, I successfully installed Mandrake 10 today. Wow! What a smooth installation routine, it auto-configured all of my hardware, including my Internet connection to my router. Simple. Mandrake 10 is the way Linux should be. Today is a good day!
